It must be the start of a new school year, because we just finished the annual Marching Blue Devils group picture at Flynn Stadium. Every year since just before the dawn of the Roman Empire, we have photographed the QHS Marching Band in uniform on or about the first day of school. This year the first day was rained out, but we made it up on Tuesday, August 29th.
Individual pictures were already taken at Band Camp on August 3rd and 4th, so now that the group picture is done, band members should be receiving their orders soon.
The Halftime show this year promises to be quite an extravaganza — we can’t wait to see it!
